We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, you can return it within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions: Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged items.
  • Intentional returns for any other reasons are not accepted.

Product Condition:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • It must include all original labels, packaging, and bills.
  • An unpacking video of the product is required.


Process Initiate a Return:

  • Go to My Account > Orders > Request Return, or click here to place a return request.
  • Ensure to initiate the return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Verification:

  • Our delivery agent will check and verify the product's condition before picking it up.
  • The product will only be accepted if it is in its original condition, with all labels and bills included.

Prepare the Package:

  • Securely pack the items you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.

Refund Timeline:

  • After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will receive a coupon equivalent to the refund amount.
