Please provide your Order ID, mobile number, and an unpacking video of the product as part of your request. *Required

3. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your request, our team will review it promptly and provide further instructions.

Please Note: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order, while exchanges must be initiated within 24 hours.
